How much is the investment to remodel a standard home?

This will depend on the remodeling size and its scope of work, but if a work team is created from the design between Owner, Designer and General Contractor, the SAVING in the execution of the project is significant.

When is a building permit required?

The Florida Building Code requires a building permit to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace any impact resistance covering, electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system.

How long does the construction of a standard home project take?

This will depend on the house size but the most important thing is to have effective Project Management from the beginning of the design until the delivery of the house.

Do all construction projects need a project manager?

Yes, it is the only way to maintain the construction project on time and within budget.

Will the attached addition look the same as the architectural design of the existing house?
